Discover Ice Quiet by Fiona Grimshaw, an original winter seascape in icy blues and charcoal. Gloss resin finish, white frame, 20 x 20cm overall.
Ice Quiet captures the stillness of a winter coastline, where the landscape seems to pause beneath a cold, pale sky. Layers of icy blues, muted greens and deep charcoal create a sense of distance and depth, while the textured foreground gives the painting a raw, weathered quality.
A subtle, restrained palette gives Ice Quiet its sense of peaceful solitude, making it a lovely piece for anyone drawn to the mood and stillness of the winter sea.
Ice Quiet is an original, one-of-a-kind painting, hand-painted using acrylic inks, acrylic paint and textured paste on a wooden canvas board. It is finished with a high gloss resin and framed in a white shadow box frame.
