If you have a problem, I'll do my best to solve it! While I strive to ensure every piece of art meets your expectations, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, email me at info@fionagrimshaw.art with your order details, and I’ll guide you through the process. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once I receive the item and confirm its condition, I’ll process your refund.
Exclusions
Due to the level of customisation involved, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
Made-to-order items: These pieces are created specifically for you based on your preferences, making them unique and personalised.
Commissions: Custom art commissions are tailored to your vision and therefore cannot be resold or refunded.
Prints: These high-quality prints are made to order to ensure exceptional quality and precision, which makes them ineligible for returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem such as damage, I will do my best to sort this out for you. I will request photographic evidence of the damage that occurred.
Please ensure you’re confident in your selections when purchasing these custom or made-to-order items. I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos and details before you make your purchase.
Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I’ll work with you to resolve any issues. Whether it’s providing additional support, addressing concerns, or helping you find another piece that’s a better fit, I’m here to help.
ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION
I reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order placed on my website, in part or in full, and will issue a refund accordingly. I reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased by any given user or household at our sole discretion. I may restrict order quantities based on personal data provided by You, such as orders placed under the same customer account, orders placed on the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PRODUCTS
Fiona Grimshaw Art expressly prohibits orders that, in my sole discretion, appear to be placed in an attempt to resell my products. I expressly prohibit orders placed by resellers, dealers, distributors or wholesalers and will ban your access to my site in any lawful way possible if we discover your prohibited use(s).
BACKORDERS AND SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS
Occasionally, my inventory system may fail to detect the actual quantity of our products available. If you make a purchase and I am unable to secure the quantity of items you requested, I will promptly contact you. I will issue you a refund or store credit for the full purchase price of the sold-out product(s), as indicated on your receipt.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order will arrive at the shipping speed you selected at checkout. We are not able to change your shipping speed once your order is placed.
Occasionally, Your items may arrive damaged from shipping. If this occurs, please contact me at info@fionagrimshaw.art and I will make every reasonable effort to fix the situation. Often, it is the carrier’s fault and the best course of action in this instance is to contact the delivery service about their damage to your order.
If you are not located in The United Kingdom you are considered an international purchaser. It is your sole responsibility to pay any duties, taxes (including, but not limited to, GST and VAT) and customs fees. We will provide your shipment with a commercial invoice as necessary by law.
GIFT ORDERS
If you wish to place an order as a gift, please indicate so at checkout. If you do not see a space to do so, please email us at info@fionagrimshaw.art and I will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate your request.
PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
I are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after your purchase.
