Returns and Refunds
I want you to be delighted with your artwork and to enjoy it for many years to come. If you have any questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to get in touch—I'm always happy to help.
Original Paintings
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, I do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Fine Art Prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it.
These photographs help support any insurance claim with the courier and allow me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed to your original payment method within
5–10 working days.
