Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Free delivery throughout the mainland UK. 

NOTE: Large overseas originals may require a custom shipping quote.

UK Shipping - Shipping within the UK is free of charge. Depending on your location, your artwork may be personally couriered or handled by a trusted professional shipping service. I’ll be in touch closer to the delivery date to confirm the details.

International and EU Shipping - For orders outside the UK, shipping will be arranged, custom packaging and protective cover will be built for your artwork, and it will be fully tracked and insured throughout its journey. Contact me for shipping cost.

Taxes & Duties - Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Original Paintings

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, I do not generally accept returns for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fine Art Prints

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it.

These photographs help support any insurance claim with the courier and allow me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed to your original payment method within 
5–10 working days.
